Shipping and delivery services are available to customers worldwide. However, some restrictions may apply based on regional laws and regulations.

Shipping Cost

All orders are eligible for free delivery across UAE. Enjoy your free shipping with us on RunBazaar until 31st December 2023.

Delivery Time

All Orders will be processed within 24 hours.

The estimated delivery time for an order depends on several factors, including the shipping method selected, and the location of the customer. In most cases, the products will be delivered within 48 hours across UAE. You can conveniently choose a delivery slot and most importantly we offer a late-night delivery option.

RunBazaar will provide customers with an estimated delivery time for their order during the checkout process.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify/ contact you for further processing of the delivery in a convenient way. 

Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, RunBazaar will notify the customers with a tracking number and a link to track their order. Customers can use this information to monitor and track delivery of their order.

Delivery Failure

In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the carrier may send you an email with instructions on how to schedule a re-delivery or pick up the item as per your convenience. If the item is not retrieved or re-delivered within a specified time frame, it may be returned to RunBazaar. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If a customer receives a damaged or defective item, they should contact RunBazaar customer service within 14 days of receipt. RunBazaar will replace the item or issue a refund, considering the genuinity of the case.
