Return Policy
The purpose is to give reassurance to customers when buying products on RunBazaar.
Any return request is subject to the approval of RunBazaar.
A return request must be made within 45 days of receipt of the shipment.
The table below sets out our return policy for certain product categories:
Return Reason
The customer has received the wrong product or is not as described on the site.
The customer has received a damaged product.
The customer has changed his mind.
Return Condition
When you return the product, the condition should be:
a) The product must be in its original and unbroken packaging and tags, along with any accessories and free-of-charge items if applicable.
For electronics, open products will be accepted only if it is different from the description or picture displayed.
b) When you return the product due to a changed mind:
For all categories, the product must be in its original and unbroken packaging and tags, along with any accessories and free-of-charge items if applicable.
Non-Returnable Products
The customer does not have the option to return a product if:
a) The product has been used or damaged by the customer. Not in the same condition as the customer received.
b) Product is a consumable that has been used or installed.
c) Product with tampered serial number.
d) The product is classified as hazardous goods.
e) Product falls under specific categories, including consumables, personal care, health care, and any hygiene-related products.
Refunds:
Processing Time: Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
Refund Method: Funds are returned to the original payment method, Except COD payments, which are through a bank account / RunBazaar wallet.
Notification: You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Warranty Policy
RunBazaar’s Warranty Policy helps the customer get covered in case of any defects in the product. The terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.
1. Any warranty claim request is subject to the approval of RunBazaar.
2. Warranty claim requests must be made on or before the warranty period ends.
3. The customer is entitled to have a replacement or refund only if:
- The product is not repairable within a month.
- The product had 3 failed repair attempts with the same issue.
- The seller decided to replace the product or refund the amount of the product immediately.
4. There are certain conditions that the warranty will not be covered by the seller:
- Physical damage or abuse of the product made by the customer.
- The product was repaired by someone who is not accredited by the seller.
5. All approved warranty claim requests are eligible for free shipping.
6. The customer must not forget the purchased product and all the accessories included during the pickup to avoid rejection from the sellers’ end. Please make sure that the product is packed in its original box safely.
Note: Not all items on RunBazaar are covered by warranty and paid warranty plans; please recheck the product’s warranty before checking out the order.
