Very bad in communication. I placed the order on 30 December, and it showed on the system that the delivery will be on 31 December. When contacting the company on 31 December, no response first, then I was told that they will deliver on 2 Jan. No response at all and not communication from them, after many, many attempts on many days to find out what is happening. The WhatsApp chatbot is absolutely useless. Finally I got really fed up and contacted someone else who recommended me this website, who intervened, and finally the items were delivered on 7 Jan. No issues with the items, but communication is zero from the company. The WhatsApp chatbot messaging is useless.
